Here’s what you can expect

SCHEDULE YOUR VISIT

You can book online 24/7 or call us at 416-992-9192. 

We will be able to answer any questions you may have and send over your initial paperwork for you to complete before your first visit at our office.

AT YOUR FIRST VISIT

During your first appointment, we’ll give you a tour of the practice and make sure all paperwork is in order.

Next, the chiropractor will go over a thorough health history with you and listen to any health concerns you may have.

Finally, the doctor will complete a physical assessment that may include postural scan, range of motion tests, orthopedic tests, neurological exam, and any other relevant tests. 

You can expect your first appointment with us to be about 45 minutes. 

Between your first and second appointments, the doctor will analyze your history and findings to create a custom care plan based on your needs.

YOUR SECOND VISIT

During your follow-up visit, we will go over your findings and recommendation of care. This is an excellent time to ask any questions that might have come up since your first visit. We’re here to help and we want to make sure we’re a good fit for your health needs.

YOUR FIRST ADJUSTMENT

After we’ve reviewed your care recommendations with you and you decide to move forward, you’ll receive your first chiropractic adjustment. We’ll walk you step-by-step through your first adjustment and get your nervous system clear and communicating optimally. 

WHAT TO WEAR

There is no special attire required when visiting a chiropractor. We recommend clothes that do not restrict movement. You need to be able to lie down in them and move easily. Loose fitting clothing makes this simpler.
